Where does my money go?

ASST will try to make sure we put funds towards the items you have chosen but we may distribute your donation towards another item to ensure we provide the support that's most needed on the ground. For example, we may need more blankets in winter or have more people needing food

Will I get a receipt?

Yes — you’ll receive one by email immediately after checkout.

Can I print a gift certificate?

Absolutely. A download link is included in your confirmation email.

Can I dedicate a gift to someone?

Yes — add a name and message at checkout, and they’ll appear on the e-gift.

Are donations refundable?

Donations are generally non-refundable, but please contact us if there’s been an error.
